The plan itself unfolded beautifully. Rarely did I feel I was missing out on anything. The conscious effort to focus on easy singular goals was rewarding. And, my clothes fit better, my shoes felt bigger and I stood a little taller and straighter as I looked at myself in the mirror.

I have felt much more present in my minute by minute living. My spiritual perception has been heightened. Focusing on concrete aspects of my life has been the key. Food and eating is an integral part of that, but not the end all and be all of the program. I am grateful for it and the company of others.
Motivation and Momentum

Instead of being advised not to do something, we were advised instead to do something, with motivational help too. My pacing from 8 pm to noon the next day has changed radically, even more than my pacing noon to 8 pm. deprivation.
